Seed Node

• Bootstrap your node using either persistent_peers or a seed node. If you use persistent peers, keep them from trusted sources only (such as your own sentry nodes), or they can waste resources and slow block signing. By contrast, a seed node can populate your addrbook.json and help prevent missed blocks.
